Welcome to the Year Four class page! Miss Muirhead will be teaching Year Four this year. This page contains important information about our curriculum, end of year expectations and other details about our class.

Homework
Homework is sent out on a Tuesday and should be completed and returned to school on a Monday. Homework tasks consist of spellings, a maths activity, a timetables task and reading a book of choice for 20 minutes daily.
PE
PE days are Tuesday and Wednesday.
Geography- Natural Resources Distribution
Year 4 have enjoyed learning about natural resources. Using an atlas to locate the countries on a world map, the children created their own map with a key to show the distribution of natural resources.
Science- Electricity
We worked in groups to construct electrical circuits using a range of components.
